Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams and ensure a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist in lead management, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and other sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
- Track sales activities and generate regular performance reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain organized sales records.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
